It consists of an open plan bedroom with kitchen and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people as it has a comfortable double bed with high quality anatomical mattress and a sofa which becomes a double bed.

In the outer part there is a terrace with wooden deck with outdoor furniture, unrestricted sea and mountain views, in an amphitheater plot of 1,300 sq.m. fenced with olive trees. It is directly accessible by asphalt road and you can park your vehicle very easily just outside the main entrance of the accommodation.

The distance from the center of the island is 4.3 km and 2 km from Vagionia beach.

The plot and the facilities are used only by the occupants of the accommodation as they are private and can be used for any kind of event.
